The stuff we're all very helpful and pleasant the hotel itself is definitely deceiving and was much bigger than we anticipated. The hotel was very clean the rooms were definitely meeting our needs for accessibility. Will definitely book again on a return trip
We really enjoyed our stay at Cambria Hotel in Mt Pleasant. The room was spotless. The bed and the pillows were very comfy. I would definitely stay here again.
Kerin was such a pleasure!! I usually stay at the other location in Charleston, but since it got shut down, I had to try this one. No regrets!! She made it a great stay! An amazing place to stay! The staff are very friendly, and would suggest this to anyone hesitant on planning a trip. I did use a 3rd party to book the reservation which made it more complicated but they figured it out very easily the only thing people may not know is breakfast is not included but it is a small price to pay! Side notes : Location is very quiet 4way light does make it take longer to come and go Distance to attractions are very close Will stay again in the future
The hotel was clean and the staff that I interacted with were very nice and accommodating. The view from my window was very undesirable as it had a view of the back lot of the garage next door. I’ll attach a picture. Looked like a junkyard more than a garage. I was there for a week, kept the window closed the whole time. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. They had a coffee bar in the morning but to be honest, the K-Cup free coffee in the room is better. They have a laundry and the use for wash and dry is $2 per wash or dry but they do give you soap and dryer sheets if you ask at the front desk. Gym and pool looked nice but I did not try.
Very happy with our stay! The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. I have some health issues and chose this hotel because there's no carpet in the rooms and it's one of the few hotels in the area where reviews didn't mention smells, mold, dust, bugs, water damage, etc. I am so happy with my choice! We stayed five nights and I didn't have any issues with feeling sick. I definitely recommend this hotel for folks who are sensitive to mold, bacteria, etc.
The room is clean, spacious and smells fantastic. The front desk clerk is very friendly. The price is reasonable. The only issue is that they don’t have breakfast.
First time stay but I will frequent. Every employee that I encountered was engaged in making the property beautiful in some way.Gyest satisfaction seems to be a high priority. Maids do a terrific job and the bedding and soft towels are a wonderful treat. I had an asthma attack during my stay. I'm working with customer service to resolve my complaint related to asthma issues. I awarded 5 stars because the team did just about everything right. I'm optimistic we'll resolve my complaint soon.
